Pure Obsession

On Monday we were given our new project for the next two weeks surrounding the idea of a fashion trend story - being given 4 categories Purity, Rebel, Romantic and Active. My group got given the Purity fashion trend story in which we have to research the trend story using primary research looking at 3 objectives - Shop, People and History. Creating three moodboards at the end for each objective and presenting it at the end. At first the thought of this project didn't sound very intriguing to me however now I have started researching the idea more there is more than I realised. However, initially a lot of the 'stories' around this word are extremely cliche - for example Virgin, Angel, Pregnancy and Mother Nature. When we do our primary research I fell the less obvious and more obscure ideas will come to the surface as on first impression there isn't much that I can think of outside the box.

Throughout this project I will be posting up dates to see how it progresses starting with our group primary research this week where we are going to take pictures of shops and street style photography.
