NYC - Gossip Girl Dreams Realised, xoxo

For many years now I have of course been a massive fan of Gossip Girl like very teenage girl. Always watching and dreaming of going the places they have filmed and been. So of course one of the first things on my New York list to do was to see all the important places they filmed - The Met, Central Park, the Harvey Winston store and the Cartier store. For me these are the most memorable and influential moments and locations of the series and some of my favourite scenes had been shot their. The allure of the lavish teenage life was 100% still there in person, more than when you sit and watch it in awe of these peoples lives filled with drama and mystery. The realisation that its not so much fiction and actual reality for many people living here. For me it made me appreciate the show on a whole new level, the fact that they managed to perfectly capture the awe and glitz of the city and its inhabitants is no small task in a surreal place like this. The cute corner breakfast places, the scale of the buildings and perfect chaos were all just as I imagined from watching Gossip Girl. The show made me wanna go and not one aspect let me down, it was just what I wanted and more. So thank you to Gossip Girl for being my perfect guide around the city and showing me the wonders
